Sexychef's Tandori Chicken

Sexy Chef's Tandori Chicken With Raita ADVERTISMENT

 

 

A Simple Tandori Chicken Recipe from Sexychef (Photo Submitted by Laura)

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 300ml Natrual Yoghurt
  • 1tsp Cumin
  • 1tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1tsp Curry Powder
  • 12 Leaves of Mint
  • 1/2 Lime Zest

Also needed

  • Hand Blender

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into strips
  2. Blend everything together and pour over the chicken
  3. Leave in the fridge for 4-48hours.
  4. Grill until cooked.

Tips

Serve with a crisp salad and raita
